Are you looking for comfortable sports socks? Then check out the excellent offer of functional sports fashion and sportswear FALKE ergonomic sport system.

The history of Falke dates back to 1895, when Franz Falke-Rohen, a roofer employed as a knitter, founded his first knitting mill. Later, his eldest son Franz Jnr. took over and successfully led it through the turmoil of World War I. In 1918, Franz Falke-Rohen and his son bought a spinning mill in Schmallenberg, laying the foundations for the development of today's Falke group. Soon they built a new factory there, equipped with sock-making machines and the first telephone system, and eventually expanded their company into a successful industrial enterprise with approximately 800 employees. The company headquarters still operates at the same location.

Falke was registered as a trademark in 1950. After the death of Franz Jnr., the business was taken over by the third generation, namely sons Paul and Franz - Otto Falke. Their main goals include strategically marketing the brand of all production programs and expanding into export trade. In the following decades, sales offices and production plants were established with headquarters in Europe and abroad. In 1976, Paul and Franz - Otto Falke received the prestigious German Marketing Award.

In the 1980s, Falke entered into several licensing agreements and collaborated with international designers such as Armani, Boss, Kenzo, and Joop! They developed, produced, and distributed knitted hosiery and socks, and to some extent, knits as well. After the death of Paul Snr. in 1990, Falke was taken over by the fourth generation.

They received an award again, this time for environmental protection in the category of "environmentally friendly products" from BDI (Federation of German Industries). The award was received for the development of "Clima Wool", an insulating material made from sheep's wool.

In 1997, when Falke Group acquired Leinefelder Textilwerke GmbH (LTW), the company was no longer concerned only with its own supply of high-quality specialized yarn, but also strengthened LTW's position as an expert in the development of specialized, innovative yarns for the textile and apparel industry. A shop-in-shop system was established in many countries. In addition, Falke opened stores in prime locations in fashion capitals, Berlin and Vienna.

In 2005, they successfully entered the market of sports clothing as a supplier of all products of functional sportswear. In addition to the existing range of sports socks, sports underwear, and the first layer of sports clothing, Falke Ergonomic Sport System offers a comprehensive portfolio of products and, as the only textile company, received an award from the Ministry of Economy for the development of an exceptionally innovative sports pullover for active sports.

In 2008, Falke Group acquired the Burlington brand, which will remain as an independent brand in the Falke Group, but they gained the right to manufacture and distribute clothing, leather goods, and jewelry in the most important global markets.

In 2011, in Ascona (Switzerland), Falke Group opened the next "flagship" store in a top location that showcases the brand.

In 2012, a new factory in Leskovac, Serbia, began producing knitted socks and underwear for the global fashion market.
